Custom Menu Planning

Our Event Specialist is available to design a meal specifically for you and your guests, based on a per person charge. If you have something specific in mind, please ask! We will make every effort to accommodate your requests.

Beverage Services

We are fully licensed to serve beer, wine and spirits. Your event's beverage station(s) can be priced per beverage, per bottle or per person. We employ excellent bartenders, whose services are made available to your guests at an hourly rate of $20 per. Of course, alcohol is not a requisite for a good time, so we are happy to provide any non-alcoholic beverages for your guests as well.

Food Service Staff

We provide all necessary staff, in the kitchen and on the floor. For a seated dinner, we generally provide one waiter for every 15 guests. Buffet service and events with hors d'oeuvres require fewer staff. Compensation for service is based on 20% of your food total. We require a final guest count confirmation one week prior to your event date. We will personally direct our staff during the party to make sure that all details are covered. You can enjoy being a guest at your own party. Allow us to put our talents to work for you.

Parking

Windows on the Park is located in a building with an underground, secure parking garage. For evening events, up to 40 spaces can be reserved for your guests. More spaces will likely be available, but cannot be guaranteed.

Full Service Event Planning

Let our Event Specialist, Aletha Roper, take care of you! She can arrange tastings with bakers, meetings with florists and photographers, and even set up auditions for your musicians. All at Windows! So don't waste your precious time running around town trying to do it all yourself. Ask about our full service event planning package.

Payment Policies and Procedure

A "save the date" deposit of 50% of your estimated total will be necessary to guarantee your event. Should your plans change, we are happy to refund half of any monies received when we are notified in writing no less than 60 calendar days prior to the event date. We regret that we are unable to refund any monies after the 60-day date, unless agreed upon by management. The balance is due the day of the event. Should you offer your guests a full hosted bar, a tab will be tallied for you at the event's conclusion and added to your invoice. All deposits are credited to your final invoice amount.

Windows On The Park accepts your personal check secured by a credit card, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and of course, cash! We are required to charge 7% North Carolina sales tax on everything but your room charge.
